Executive brand is your face in the business world. Every executive has two to three brands to manage namely Personal brand, executive brand and the corporate brand. Today let us examine some of the vital forces that make executive brand great. I shared below thoughts of Peter Montoya as I strongly believe he nailed it.
1. Law of Brand passion: Every executive must be passionate about the brand they are leading. It all begins with right and positive attitude.
2. Law of personality: There is a whole lot of difference between average employee and executive. The personality of an executive is a always a way ahead of average employee. Every great executive has a great personality that attracts right people to them.
3. Law of leadership: Great executive has leadership qualities that stand out.
4. Law of distinctiveness: People note when a great executive brand leaves the scene. Their impacts are longer lasting. The differentiation is known to all.
5. Law of visibility: Great executive brands do not shy away from being visible. They realize they are the face of the business. They must be visible for the sake of the business not only for their own ego.
6. Law of unity of purpose: every individual has a purpose this includes the executive, but great executive brand do not allow their own interest to override the purpose of the corporate brand. They align purpose with other salient issues around them.
7. Law of goodwill: Goodwill has become a social capital in today’s business. Great executive brands have great goodwill they trade with.
8. Law of persistence: A factor that can not be removed from great executive brand is persistence. It takes persistence to make real mark.

This is really educative.
Intriguing post. I have been searching for some good resources for solar panels and discovered your blog. Planning to bookmark this one!
Thanks for posting. Good to see that not everyone is using RSS feeds to build their blogs
I’ve learned newer and more effective things from the blog post. Yet another thing to I have seen is that typically, FSBO sellers will certainly reject an individual. Remember, they’d prefer never to use your companies. But if a person maintain a reliable, professional connection, offering assistance and remaining in contact for about four to five weeks, you will usually be capable of win interviews. From there, a listing follows. Many thanks.
