Times are changing so are the once accepted clichés. Change is the only permanent thing is ever true. To be on the same page with your niche, neighbor, colleague today, all of you must be speaking the same language that has common meaning to all. For instance, money is called by different names depending on your click or location. Some call money ‘doe, vaden, card, lebe’ etc. In terms of volume when some ask their friends ‘give me five grand’ they mean five million, others means thousands while it is hundreds for other groups.

ROI was initially believed to be returns on investment, so when that is used then every one understands, but today, we may need to clarify that statement as it means more than ever before. To be on the same page with your niche, neighbor, you may need to examine some current usage of the terms

For this term, I will not give detailed information but want our community to think about them and give us their own understanding. So let the conversation begins

1. Returns on information

2. Returns on ideas

3. Returns on impression- dressing, speech, write ups, association with certain individuals, brands etc

4. Returns on influence- community, leadership

5. Returns on impacts

An interesting dialogue is worth comment. I think that it’s best to write more on this matter, it won’t be a taboo subject however generally people are not sufficient to talk on such topics. To the next. Cheers
