Brand communication is essential all the year through. Communicating and building strong bond sometimes are aided specially by different seasons. Christmas season gives each brand an opportunity to strengthen relationship and build new ones. Today is Christmas day; there are several ways to say thank you or being thoughtful no matter the level of budget at each brand’s disposal. It is never too late to send best wishes and communicate to your brand loyalists what they meant to us. At whatever level, each brand can connect, say thank you to every single individual who has helped in making 2011 a great one irrespective of whether they hit their financial targets or not. The followings are cheap means of communicating love and care at Christmas

Send online text messages: Life is becoming cheaper with internet. There are exceptionally low cost and free SMS platforms. If a brand has worked hard on customer data in the course of the year, it should have phone contacts through which it can communicate to them.

E-Cards: Most E-cards are free and can be customized. All you need do is search online and take a little effort in customizing the cards you are sending out. This is also good for brand differentiation.

Hard copy Cards: If your brand can afford it, printing branded card are means of sharing love and telling the recipients you are thinking about them.

Gifts Items: Gift items do not need to break your brand’s banks accounts. Life is in phases and men are in sizes. Sometimes it is not in the amount of money committed to the gift but the thought can create great impression.

Phone calls: making personalized calls to some individuals can help change the brand’s perception. Today, there are software that can be used to send personalized phone calls to different phone numbers. Have you considered this? Never assume everyone will get a call from love ones. It does not always follow. Your brand’s call may be the only call someone will receive. A caveat here, do not send marketing messages, just love and thoughtful messages
