Many people have challenges with knowing what steps to take towards their goal achievement. This is in reference to online content management objective. As we know online content objectives cut across brand awareness, promotion, leads, sales among others.
These people seem to know what they want but they usually do not know which way to go to achieve their aims. So they engage what we sometimes refer to as ‘mass target approach theory’. I recently read an article which inspired me to write this. I guess sharing my take away will be of help to someone out there.

What we daily communicate on social media platforms shape brand’s impression and at the long run may likely affect sales or whatever objective we set either way.
Make use of photo: When photos are strategically taken, posted online to tell the story, it works wonder like magic. Always ensure your photos are professionally taken to support your brand’s story.
Emphasize the value that counts: many thing counts, but not many of them achieve same degree of success. Know what count and share that as often as possible.
Google+ hangouts are a plus: Texts are great but people may not equally feel your emotion like they will feel you when they can see your Para- linguistic features. So occasionally, or as much as it is convenient, check out Google+ hangout and invite your fan base to interact with you. Even if it is only for thirty minutes, if the timing is right and focus of the discussion will be of benefit to them, you may never know the far reaching effect of such meetings.
Never stir the honey’s nest except…: many people believe they should give it back to those who are unruly and rude to them online. Never forget the underdog sometimes and often carry the day. Do not join forces with someone with spirit of hatred and is envious of successful people. One best strategy is to communicate with the individual privately. Until you have exhausted all the peaceful channels, never jump on a firing squad. It may hurt you more than the underdog. Besides such attitude may make your lose some of your engaged fans. Entertain and be fun to be with: life has its own challenges and many are wearied by these. So do not add to the problem. Be creative in your content. Add colour, make them laugh, paint the brighter side of life and make them feel you are the go to brand any day they need support.
