Social media toxic, Harmful elements to digital media, Social media Communication barriers to success, Social marketing, Online Media destroyers, Change management,Digital media red lights,The world we live needs changes to become better. Everything in our environment keeps beckoning for a change. It takes people who can see to understand the sign of his environment. Nothing is in its perfect estate. We must not leave the world the way we met it when we first showed up here. To make the world we live a better place, we must constantly raise the standard. The difference in the present world and the Stone Age one is the changes that had taken place.

With the internet, our influence can be global even though we live in a geo-physical location. The internet is an opened canvass which one can use to write, change the course of personal, state, national and global history. No one stops you. Your reach is determined by your vision and magnitude of the space in your heart or inner eyes. While the social media communication process is always available or constant, no meaningful success can be achieved if the followings are not considered.

What must change: Have something in mind that must change. You do not have to focus on all the ‘muses’ around you. Just one is enough. This is the undoing of many who want to run after many things at a time. If you run after many ‘muses’ on the social media, you will be lost in the murky water and no one will remember you ever existed. Think only on what you want to change and hang around it for so long. There may be need for strategy re evaluation but it must always point you towards your goal and not otherwise

What is my handle on this:  always think about your own uniqueness towards  bringing the change you desire. I have seen a focused initiative targeted at saving birds. The initiators have done their best online to push this frontier to the limit with social media tools. Your uniqueness will bring out your best and cause people to remember you. Think about the uniqueness of your campaign and position that.

Learn and give every day: The level of information available to us now in whatever field we operate is enormous. Only lazy people will wait for a year to update their knowledge. Search for new cheese in your field, As soon as you can verify the usability of such cheese, share it or it will soon go stale. Those who wait to update their contents, page etc till the old one becomes stale are communicating a message: a lazy brand lives here. People will move to where they can have new information and build strong ally every moment of the day.

Bring entertainment and creativity angle out:  these two weapons are essential today if you must create the change. People want to follow you to make the change but they do not appreciate it if you bore them.

Acknowledge you do not know it all: People who pose as Mr. know it all often do not get along with right target that can help them create the changes they want.

Never be afraid of mistakes:  While we must do all within our power to prevent this, mistakes are sometimes unavoidable, necessary part of life. Never be afraid to make mistake. But always learn from them.

Sometimes you must break the rules: Experts opinions are great but if you must take everything they say as final, you will not want to break the rules especially when that becomes essential. Be willing to break the rule and you will see it pays sometimes. Do you need further help? That is why we are here.
