As a passionate media enthusiast, qualified Trainer, Yinka had been hired by various United Nations Agencies to train in house Communications and ?Media Personnel in the use of digital tools for better news coverage.
Yinka outstanding media convergence knowledge has endeared him to various noted universities as facilitator in the use of digital tools for Senior Media executives as well as communication students.
As Media and communications ?trainer, Public Speaker, Yinka has enjoyed corporate consulting business relationship with frontline Nigerian brands which cut across ? Banking, Oil and gas regulatory Agency etc.
Yinka Olaito special interest in Development Communication has given him opportunity to consult, volunteer for noted United Nations Agencies in Africa. Yinka is a three award-winning graduate of Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo). Yinka also topped his class in his postgraduate studies in Public Administration. Yinka Olaito is also Programme director for Difficult Conversation Africa, a continental platform created to step up conversation, debates around accountability issues in Public, Private Institutions as well as human lifestyle.
Prior to these, he was Executive Director, African Child Education Right Initiatives( a Non-profit, Development Organization) in Nigeria;Content director/Chief Analyst of Africa Development Talk, A development platform focused on discussing Africa Policy, Governance, Development issues

There are three things on my mind, which I aspire to do soon:
1. To start a ten minute Radio programme that focuses on ?development Communication ?(This is open to sponsorship)
2. To start a twenty minute Television programme that is focused on the same above (This is open to sponsorship)
3. To establish a foundation that pays school fees of poor students, funds schools and hospitals in Nigeria.
There are two life’s opportunities I do not want to miss:
1. I want to die empty-having maximized my potentials
2. Irrespective of the argument(Whether it is real or not), I do not want to miss the fun of making it to heaven.
